AUECESS ELECTION 2010

Filing of candidacy: February 23-26, 2010 (Tuesday - Friday)

Election proper: March 3-4, 2010 (Wednesday - Thursday) 9 AM - 5 PM at the AUECESS Office

Submission of new set of officers to OSA: March 5, 2010 (Friday)

AUECESS ELECTION REQUIREMENTS

1. Photocopy of grades from previous semester.

2. Candidacy form for each executive position.

3. Each executive position must submit a summary of their platform with 2x2 picture (to be posted

at the AUECESS bulletin board).

AUECESS ELECTION GUIDELINES

1. Executive officers must have no failing grades from the previous semester.

2. Executive officers composed of President, Vice President - Internal, Vice President - External,

Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor, PRO and Business Manager.

3. The president must be 3rd or 4th year of standing.

4. Executive officers shall be elected by members.

5. Board of directors shall be appointed by the elected president.

Our election is just weeks ahead! File your candidacy starting Tuesday!
