Ms. IECEP 2009 JIllian Cate Buhat

Jillian is the sole representative of the Adamson University Electronics and Communications Engineering to the pageant. She initially won 2nd Runner-Up in the IECEP-EMMSC which qualifies her to the nationals held at the SMX Convention last December 9, 2009.

She bag 3 out of 7 special awards. Best in Sportswear and Best in Long Gown. Thanks to the advertisements made thru text and social networking sites to vote for her that she also won People's Choice Award.

She entered the Top 5 along with candidates from Technological University of the Philippines-Manila, Technological University of the Philippines-Taguig, Mapua Institute of Technology and Laguna State University before she was proclaimed the grand winner.

For assistance, she's with AUECESS Adviser Engr. John David Ramos, IECEP-BOD Rogelio Tulang and Anne Marriel Sibal and other officers. Jillian's friends and family also came for support.

Congratulations JIllian! The pride of EMMSC. The pride of Adamson University. The pride of ECE.

Congratulations jillian, 4th ece student of adamson university!!!!

She will represent the Manila Chapter in the upcoming Ms. IECEP national at MOA in the IECEP convention, she will compete together with the 3 winners of the Ms. IECE- EMMSC, with the other representative from different chapter of iecep in the country....suportahan po natin sya.... Goodluck

A man becoming a bird is nothing compared to a God becoming a man. THe concept of a sovereign eternal being who created the universe, confining himslf to a human body was- and is- too mucjh for some people to believe. But how else could God communicate with us?

We don't know what God looked like as a man; no Gospel writer describe the physical appearance of Jesus. But in other ways, Mark painted a full picture of his humanity. Jesus who claimed to be a God, didn't have a supernatural "glow" about him. His own neighbors and family marveled that he seemed so, well, normal.
