Jillian is the sole representative of the Adamson University Electronics and Communications Engineering to the pageant. She initially won 2nd Runner-Up in the IECEP-EMMSC which qualifies her to the nationals held at the SMX Convention last December 9, 2009.

She bag 3 out of 7 special awards. Best in Sportswear and Best in Long Gown. Thanks to the advertisements made thru text and social networking sites to vote for her that she also won People's Choice Award.

She entered the Top 5 along with candidates from Technological University of the Philippines-Manila, Technological University of the Philippines-Taguig, Mapua Institute of Technology and Laguna State University before she was proclaimed the grand winner.

For assistance, she's with AUECESS Adviser Engr. John David Ramos, IECEP-BOD Rogelio Tulang and Anne Marriel Sibal and other officers. Jillian's friends and family also came for support.
